Queen room with private bath

Nice location, unexpected room set up Positive: This motel is in a great location to Pine Creek trail areas Negative: Booking a motel, you don’t expect for your room to actually be in an addition in the back of the building on the 2nd floor. I was traveling with my dog, which I made known prior to my arrival. The stairs to get up and down to the 2nd level have poor lighting and the parking lot/grass area has no lighting at all so taking my dog out at night in an unfamiliar area was not ideal. The room was very small, which was fine for what we needed but the door was an interior bedroom door that connected to a hallway that was shared with 3 other rooms. Our door did have 3 different locks on it, but it still made us feel uneasy. My dog could hear every little noise, and barked through out the night which is not her normal behavior. The room was clean and updated, but I was just not expecting the stairs/room set up. Staff were friendly.

Negative: No working outside lights in back. Almost feel down steps and tripped over parking curb because of no lights.

Positive: Breakfast good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and hepful Negative: The room was the smallest we ever stayed in. Would not recommend it to anybody. No towel racks or lamps on night stands. One chair. No table. No lighting going down the stairs into the back parking area which was pitch black. Safety issue! Overpriced for the livable space

Everything was great ! Positive: Motel is very clean ,relaxing and the bed is super comfortable . Pond in the back with lots of seating makes you feel like you’re at a resort .

Kayla was fantastic and her hospitality is beyond compare. Positive: Kayla was fantastic! Her hospitality was beyond wonderful! The room and bathroom were very clean and everything was in order when we arrived. We enjoyed breakfast and it was served with such kindness. Negative: The air conditioner was very noisy.
